Optimum coil loading is the first step towards an efficient production process in your press shop. Shortening the loading time plays a key role in minimizing downtimes during a coil change and thus significantly increase the output of your forming press.

For this reason, DREHER Automation offers a wide range of solutions for coil loading, from small decoilers to decoilers with a load capacity of 35 tons. And the level of automation, from inching operation via view to fully automatic loading, is also tailored to the requirements of your production process.

In order to minimize set-up times, the coil supply will be via

• stationary coil loading table or mobile coil loading car,
• double decoiler or
• other technical equipment.

Even non-standard applications, such as the placement of several decoilsers in a row or the use of recoilers, are no problem for us to handle.
